bubble outline tutorial

What you'll need:
♥ A background PSD
♥ A scanline pattern

What you'll be making:

The Steps

1. Open your background psd. Change the gradients in it to what you need and then define it as a pattern.

2. Create a new layer, drag it under the cutout. Click on the brush tool and find the basic black circle. Make it size 70px (or whatever tf you want but don't go too big or too small). Put it down somewhere behind the cutout to where it pokes out.

3. Now continue placing circles around the cutout. Make them bigger and smaller, so they don't all look the same.

4. Now put a pattern overlay on the bubbles with the bg psd you defined in step 1. Create a new layer, drag it below the bubble layer and then merge them together.

5. Do whatever strokes you want. I suggest matching them to the strokes you did on the sitemodel.
