When you delete a file on cPanel, this pops up:
If you do NOT select the check box that says, "Skip the trash and permanently delete the files" than your files are NOT being 100% deleted. They are going to a trash bin in your cPanel, which wastes space. You should always keep the trash folder cleaned out!
the steps
1. Login to your cPanel. Click on the "File Manager."2. Click the "View Trash" button at the top.
3. If there's anything that wasn't deleted, it'll show up in the area you should see right now. Here's what I have:
4. MAKE SURE you are 100% positive that everything in there is ok to delete. This is your last chance before it's gone for good. Once you're sure you want to delete it all, click the "Empty Trash" button. It's located right next to the View Trash button.
