In order to load a .jbr file on Photoshop, you must convert the file to an .abr file. This tutorial teaches you how.the steps
1. The jbr file should be in a zipped folder on your computer. Right click on the zipped folder and unzip the folder by clicking "Extract All."2. The destination it's going to unzip to should already be set up. Make sure "Show extracted files when complete" is selected. Now click "Extract."
3. Change the file name from .jbr to .abr. You do this just like you would if you're changing a pictures name on your computer, which I hope you know how to do that. I know this is weird, but yes changing it does work. This might pop up (and then click ok):
