What you'll be making:
The Steps
1. Click on the Elliptical Marquee Tool (circle tool). Create a circle with it. Click the paint bucket tool and fill it in with the first color of your color scheme.Click Select >> Deselect. Click the circle tool again and create another circle, but smaller than the first one.
2. Click the paint bucket tool and fill this circle in with the 2nd color of your color scheme. Click select >> deselect.
3. Repeat those 2 steps for all of your colors.
4. Now create another circle inside. And on your keyboard hit the backspace key.
Add whatever effects you want and you're done!
