create subdomain tutorial

Subdomains run through a domain.
Example - loveblush.net is a domain, a subdomain would be like -- yoursitename.loveblush.net

The Steps

1. Sign in to cPanel. Scroll down and click subdomains.

2. Put in what you want your subdomain to be called. Then click on the area where it says Document Root. It should have auto filled it in in. Yours should be something like this.

Click "Create." It'll tell you the subdomain has been created.

3. Click on the home icon in the top left corner of the page.
This is what the old version looks like:

4. Click FTP Accounts.

Where it says 'Log In' - put the name of the subdomain.
Where it says 'Password' - put in the password you want.
Where it says 'Password (Again) - put the password in again.
Where it says 'Strength' - This is the strenght of your password. The stronger it is, the less likely it is for someone to hack you.
The directory should have filled itself out.
Where it says 'Quota' - it's how much space you are giving the subdomain. I prefer making it unlimited.

Click "Create FTP Account."
