using border psd's tutorial

This is NOT a tutorial on how to make border psd's. This is a tutorial on how to use border psd's.

the steps

1. Your sign must be 350x467. Once you have completely FINISHED your sign, open the border psd you want to use with the sign.

2. Using the move tool, drag the sign layer to the very BOTTOM of the border psd.
This is one of my border psd's layers. Idk what other peoples look like, but it's probably somewhat like this. See where it says "sign goes here"? Put the sign layer above that.
