Make sure you're done with setting up the vector psd layers. I have a tutorial on that if you don't know how.You'll be making something like:
the steps
1. Open {this} pattern. Adjust the brightness/contast if you want. Define it as a pattern.2. Hold in CTRL on your keyboard and select the thumbnail of the base of the rays you want the transparent pattern in.
and now those rays should be selected.
**IGNORE THE FACT THAT THE COLORS DON'T MATCH LOL**
3. Click "Layer >> New Fill Layer >> Pattern >> OK" and select the pattern you defined in step 1.
